This started out as a warm up sketch to figure out a few things with my tablet, but it blew up. Besides, I needed some personal art after that break without my tablet. c:
A friend of mine asked a while back if I could draw his cat in space, and I guess that idea stuck with me.
Shoot, she may become more of a character around my gallery. I doodle her a ton, just because she's such a sweetie.
This was just...SO FUN. I really adore Photoshop and all its blending features.
I used multiple refs of cats rolling to get this semi-right. I still have problems with showing the under-bellies correctly, but I think this looks decent.
