I was referring to the only female robot ever introduced as an enemy in MegaMan games who is also mermaid-like in appearance.

I vaguely remember an episode where there were a bunch of Belzelgas, and I know one of them had a female voice.
Medabots can have male or female programing, it all depends on their medal ^^
