I don't really remember where this idea came from but I have started drawing octopuses based on themes. A while back, I was drawing animals with mullets (it's funny if you think about it). So now I'm drawing octopuses with a theme and calling them OCTOPOPS.

This is Peacepop, the tie-dyed little hippie octopus. The tentacles were hard to do the tie dyed effect on but I think they're ok. I was thinking of a friend's mom who was this calico-wearing, hair-parted-in-the-middle hippie chick.
