... though the giant boarder collie now reminds me of an old dog I used to have. Sparky, who was around when we had little kittens. One of the cats named Gilbert was always trying to play with sparky, leaping on her and clawing at her and nibbling away. The dog would flop down with her front paws on either side of the cat and then just maw in his general direction. Never hurt anything, buuuut her mouth was big enough to fit the whole kitten inside and then close her jaws around him without showing a bulge. Which made for remarkably amusing fight scenes when that cat decided his best course of action was to try and gnaw on sparky's tongue.
