This is a commission from  bristles, who draws dragons really nicely.

September is almost over, and the cold wind start to blow here. But I ignore the cool weather, just wear a blue speedo which I like most to ready for surfing at the beach.
Luckily, the sun shines brightly and makes me feel not cold today. What a nice day to surf! Let's go!
