The title is a bit of a misnomer. This is actually Jigoku no Shi, a character belonging to my friend http://024caitlyn.deviantart.com/ on DA.

HOWEVER! Mister Jigoku is a bit of a monster. He sees absolutely no problems at all with cloning himself, and then treating the resulting individual like dirt.

In fact, that's why he's like this. He kidnapped Boro (his clone) and tortured him. In retaliation, I cut off his head (he's immortal, so that didn't kill him), gave him a pink bow and matching collar, and renamed him Tiffany. He didn't seem particularly bothered by it.

He used to be in a birdcage but that was too hard to draw I decided putting him on a pedestal worked better.
