This was a gift for my darling fiancee who was cosplaying Devi from I Feel Sick at Invadercon 2012. I made her a tiny Sickness to hang out on top of her badge. This is Sickness post-canon, her screws are torn out so her eyes are just the empty holes. Fiancee was wearing the screws as earrings :D
