They sure do. Ive done a few shelter pulls on dogs And a couple of craigslist rescues. Mostly Chinese Cresteds(Both Craigslists rescues, one from a puppy mill, one abused and dumped) but we have also had a Sheltie(abused/dumped at a shelter) and a Golden(was on deathrow) And a Mimi Schnauzer, was not eligible for adoption due to a broken foot, They were going to Euth but I was able to bring him to the attention of a rescue.
