Once again, I envy your skills on this samll scale, especially how you encorporate a few unexpected colours, like the yellowish tint in his hair. I like your cel-shading technique when you do pixel work, because you soften the blocks of shade by putting a subtle underlying colour, like the dark green > dark yellow > green on his cuffs, collar and initial. It makes quite a differnece, and it's interesting to look at zoomed-in and actual size.
