Hey there folks! =D It's time to see some more of my Rotom girl Jenny's insane inventions! The mad robotist has got QUITE the doozy for you this time <w<
I'll just let the following block of text explain exactly what the heck this thing is <w<
“Hmmmm… Petie’s been really upset with me lately cause of my machines… guess he doesn’t like wearing girl’s clothing or being a doll. I’ll need to do something to cheer him up, but what? Hmmmmm… think Jenny think… what do you think Chubot 27?
“… chu?”
“Brilliant! I’ll build him a giant super fighting robot!! Now what to theme it around… he didn’t like the mother bear one…”
“…….. chu?”
“Brilliant! You always ave the BEST ideas! I shall call him… Super Robo Tinplate!”
And that’s how the behemoth you see before you came into being… sort of any. It’s still in the construction process since Jenny ran into the problem of her warehouse not being big enough to hold it but it being too big to get out the warehouse door… she’s still working on fixing that one. When she does Tinplate will be her largest and most advanced robot yet.
Powered by two of her special energy generators (a fact that should already be setting off alarm bells) it is built durable enough to entertain the young robot loving boy for a long time… or to effectively fight a giant monster or small army and have a decent chance of winning. Inside the durable metal (with the doors on the chest being made to be almost impenetrable) casing the working parts are sturdy and shock proof letting the robot move and take blows without any risk of them losing functionality. Her specially made skeletal system also allows for jumps and quick motions you’d never expect a machine of this size to be capable of doing… though so balance and mobility is lost simply due to the design of it.
The cockpit is positioned in the head of the robot (a breach of the normal tradition of chest mounted cockpits for giant robots)and is sized specifically for Petie with simple controls for all the robots functions and systems, multiple viewing screens, a baby safety seat for his chair, a baby bottle holder, and a simplified version of her automatic diaper changer (the last few she included despite Petie begging her not too) creating a comfortable seat of power from which Petie can control the giant instrument of death and destruction with ease.
Aside from his unusual mobility the only other odd feature of Tinplate are his claws, which are able to spin a full 360 degrees at high speeds (almost like blunt drills or mixers) and work with the weapon system Jenny designed. The actual weapons of the robot are purely theoretical at the moment (Jenny isn’t fond of creating weapons, even silly looking ones) but they “Dock” with Tinplate’s claws as the claws retract into the arms creating the connection and letting Petie use them though a pull up menu in the cockpit. The weapons retain the full 360 degree of rotation of the claws as well as their own unique abilities. The few basic ones Jenny has sketched out at the moment are…
Kendama Hammer – Based on the Japanese ball and cup toy this theoretical weapon works with a unique and powerful magnet system that connects the top part of the hammer to the ball like a electric string letting Tinplate pull the ball back and launch it out with great force like a mace. The hammer portion also works as a blunt weapon as well as another method to launch the ball with.
Rocket Yo-Yo – Based on the ever popular yo-yo this is another blunt impact weapon. The rockets on either side of it allow the yo-yo (which already spins at high speeds) to be launched quickly and be vaguely controlled letting it act like a guided missile to smash into the opponents. The high durability steel cable and lesser return rocket system lets Tinplate retract it back to him in a hurry if needed.
Punch Out – Channeling Rock-em Sock-em Robots Jenny designed this as the weapon she had the least amount of qualms designing. Essential a giant metal boxing glove with some padding on it the actual fist is built on a hydraulics system letting it suddenly shoot out with great force and knock some poor fools block off with a KO punch. Past that there’s not much to it.
The last part of Tinplate is Jenny’s creation of the “Gimmick Box” in his chest. Essentially a large hollow space behind those gate doors it severs as a multi-purpose plug-and-place system letting Jenny put almost any device in there she wants. She can put a missile launcher, a high power and range cannon, unmanned droids, a whirling top of doom, or even use it to store one or two extra arm weapons for Tinplate. All of which would be easily accessible by the push of a button in the cockpit.
Yeeeep it's still under construction (and might never be finished) but this here is Petie's very own giant fighting robot! As for what he thinks of it? Well to quote him "... why... but... how... WHY DID YOU MAKE ME A GIANT ROBOT!? ... I mean it's cool and all and I'm glad it's not baby themed but SERIOUSLY!? WHY!?"... so he loves it ^_^
This can be as cannon as you assume it is since it was msotly made by me screwing around =3
Anyway please enjoy this silliness, fav & comment, and have a great day! ^_^
