If you're playing as a Behemoth class character or similar, there's one skill called 'Enrage'. There's also a free skill point with such that makes you grow larger with each stack, up to eight times/stacks of it. With it, you can pretty much make your character twice as large with all eight stacks, and with height and leg length maxed out. I can link a picture of a(rather low-quality)giant player character to human skeleton size comparison.
