These are concept head sketches (yes I'm aware that a few of them look butch :) ).

Tomorrow I'll be sketching the 8 good reindeer and trying to put my own spin on them.

Then after that, we'll take a month or so to try to hammer out a picture that can fit all 16 in a lovely female orgy the likes of which any 'pole' (north, south, east, west, or penile) would be glad to play host to.
