Part 1 of 2 commission for I won't be uploading the other part until she gets it in the mail. She doesn't want the person to see it just yet

Omg finally... I am done with this, well this has been in near completion for two days, but I was missing some grey copics so I couldn't continue with this one.

I was working on Rio's in the meantime, until I also hit that roadblock of needing the grey copics lol.

I am really happy on how this one turned out. Especially with the stripes (As much of a pain in the butt it was to draw them out lol <3 ), they look like they're glowing!

I used Verlidaine's drawing for pose reference, just giving credit where it's due.
