In class today we had the opportunity to use watercolors as a basis to introduce us to watercolor painting. I had the idea for this picture already in my head but I imagined it as a 3d thing.. but i decided their to try to make it.
Somebody commented while I was making it that it looked like a watermelon. So I decided to run with that n_n
Made with watercolors, ink pen, and a minor amount of gimp 2.0 (for color tweaking and a few other small tweaks)
