I once had a science teacher who brought different kinds of milk to class. Cow milk, goat milk, human milk (aka breast milk), and even WHALE milk! I still remember how each of them tasted. The cow milk tasted like store-bought milk (no surprise there), the goat milk tasted like crap, the breast milk was kind of sweet, and the whale milk was so bad that I nearly threw up.
