So yeah, I'm trying to get initiated into actual Dungeons and Dragons! The Kobold isn't just a Kobold, he's an alchemist! .. Who'll mostly pack bombs.

I just started getting into it too, and I'm going to be DM-ing a game in which the plot is that all of the bakeries have been stolen by some kind of mysterious force. It's supposed to be more lighthearted so everyone can get a feel for the game.
I know of two good websites with information:
http://www.d20pfsrd.com/ -Contains most of the Pathfinder stuff,
http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Main_Page -contains a bunch of homebrewed stuff, like Monsters and classes.
Oh, and nice picture!

Too bad I'm still new to most of this. The current campaign I'm running has the maps stolen from several video games, and I'm hoping that the players don't find out. ("Hey, this map looks a lot like the one from Super Mario World!") I just wrote a story and a character to kinda guide the heroes in the right direction. That and I made a few tweaks to the combat system to make it more "videogame-like" to my siblings.
I'd DM for you, but It'd be kinda difficult over the internet.
