Veddy interesting coincidence: Edith Hamilton's Mythology features an illustration of a Greek king/god(? not sure which) named Xerxes that's very similar to your character - his pose anyway, not his shirt. (He's not wearing one.) It's one of those pictures I used to secretly peek at when I was a kid whenever I was in a bookstore (along with the original Pinocchio translation). The book's a classic, you should be able to find it in any big bookstore or library. The pic was drawn by - get this - an artist named "Steele Savage."
