First and fire most, I'd like to mention, that I realize "Anolian" is a couple of letters shy of being "Argonian", but I assure you that none of my ideas came from any Elder Scrolls material. I actually got the term from some lore. Same as i did with Kobold.

A coalition of almost all remaining cold blooded egg-layers, including the sporatic amphibians. Ever since the sun was blocked out by the new king 2000 years ago, all the cold-bloods of B-Side eventually came to an understanding that survival will depend on unity. Thus they formed the nationality Anolian and gave up their previous labels. They agreed that, to fight each other for precious sunlight would only speed up their possible extenction, and now scour the island they all live on for Spires to sunbathe on when then the clouds are thin.

Despite working together, the Amphibian losses could not be helped. They lay their spawn in foodless puddles, and the only sunlight can OCCATIONALLY be obtained atop very tall spires. Often, maternal sacrifices had to be made to keep as many of the tadpoles alive as possible and the few, motherless, polywogs had to be raised with substitutes. Because of this, the scarce amphibians take the priority for many of the luxuries the Anolian community has to offer. The Anolians are also led by an Amphibian names Squall.

The working class is composed entirely of the scales. They search for, build and even fight for spires, protecting them from their enemies and predators: the Fethers, who also wish to bask in the sun. To keep their bonds as a nation strong, the Anolians never evolved past the tribal stages, few if them even know much about the other nations, but the leaders stress that, for the good of their race, they do not solicit venturing over seas.

Their recources are mostly stone and clothing is scarce. Mamalians live over seas do they can't be hunted and any birds they kill usually don't have big enough feathers to wear. So nudity amongst their kin is commonplace. The only metal they can find is what they dig up, so many of them make due with stone armor and weapons. The lack of armor doesn't deminish their survivablility, however, because most reptiles are born with armor and their own defence.

The vocations of the Anolians are similar to other nations, only they do not advance I.e., when a knight reaches their peak, they do not go on to become a lord. Anolian "knights", called "jumpers", reach their ceilings and then go on to teach the younglings.

Their swordsmen are called Jumpers because their more like ambushers than knights. Most of them, like the chameleon presented, can camoflage and move ahead of the fight to kill any VIPs.




Also, when I started drawing her, I discovered that I cannot turn a chameleon into an accurate anthro. Them things are freaky.
