Augh, the scanner ate most of the colors and a lot of my pencil work. We'll try rescanning it tonight on the new scanner, see if that makes a difference.
But for now.. This is pretty much a "What if the ball swings in this court?" image so don't read too much into it. :).. I'm not pregnant IRL either, I can't without fertility treatments. So, pictures like this sorta make me sad because of that but also hopeful of things to come.
As for Vinci...
Step 1: Waiting, money, sweat, and tears with adoption agency.
Step 2: Get THE CALL. Go to China. Return with baby.
Step 3. Kiss sleep goodbye. Welcome to parenthood!

They're therianthropic humanoids in a world with many, many different apparent species. Vinci's grandpa is a cockatoo, for pete's sakes (I realize he or one of parents might be adopted).
They couldn't have evolved separately. Someone must have created them. So genetic engineering can't be that rare, and having a baby from two males is not even as hard as that... all you'd need is an ovum with no nucleus and a donation from both daddies.
With your permission, I shall dedicate a drawing to the hypothetical next generation in the Sunspot-Nicolaides family...

I didn't know she was from China. Since neither my dearest nor I are capable of producing children (without the charity of others), such may be a glimpse into the future for more than just you. ;) Hope you get there someday soon with a fair amount of brain cells in tact.
PS: I think your scanner and my scanner would have a fast, passionate love affair if they were ever introduced. They'd have a lady and the tramp-style date while slurping together on strings of color stripped from our artwork.
