Thanks to a donation of epic amount from my awesome friend Angie I'm looking better off money wise. The donation, $200 in all, pretty much gets her my services for the next month at least.
She told me to write what spoke to me, to do what I wanted to with my work. Yes, she's probably my biggest fan and likes whatever I make, but I still hope this intro chapter to the project she's funded will be to her liking.
PS: forgive me if my writing doesn't seem as smooth as in the poems I have posted. This is the first time I've ever written a story with the intent of having other people actually read it. I'm a little nervous about its reception.
