It's called "Free Running" everywhere, even here, The title of the video is called "parkour AND freerunning" it's the same thing, but~.. The parkour is freerunning without figure to do, it's more worked on the movement here

That kick almost looks a little silly. Not sure how to really explain why that is, but it's cool none the less.

When hit enemy with palm around 2-3 hit. Enemy will block attack with guard...That kick will attack at enemy's leg for make they lost their guard and continue hit with palm again
