Oh no they can do that too.. But they have to be in a really cold place to do that... See it works like this, with the intense cold + their water gun Special attack, the water is frocen into Ice turning it into Ice beam... Unbelievable isn't it? That's the beauty of hacks. A Charizard that uses Ice beam, Thunder, Flame thrower and Fly... It's wonderful.. But in the world of our imagination, that's already possible without hacks. x3
