Eevee mutation (Ne-Kam-eon)

just like Espeon and Umbreon, it requires high friendship, but must be leveled within the umbra of a solar eclipse, making it impossibly rare.

i will be adding this and my other eevee mutation to my fanfic at some point down the road, hence the scarred right eye. the scar is not involved with the evolution.
