What is included is:
-Resin blank and resin ears
-Resin hand-painted eyes, these are non-following but they do seem to have a slight follow effect anyways. (pearlescent magenta/purple with wide round pupil)
-open static jaw and jawset
-DF fur accents and a Complex pattern with four colors throughout the whole design
-A single strap to hold the mask on and two ribbons with weighted beads
-68 cabochon cut Rhodolite garnets (round and oval)

Would it be possible to do a custom version of this cast? My character is just a stock white feline with blue eyes. I'd rather have toonier eyes and a closed jaw if possible, but this is really exactly what I'm looking for. :) Something that has a face and ears that I can take off or wear on top of my head and use my own hair with it!
Sure, some design elements must go into it though as I do not sell my blanks unfurred and unpainted as of yet. If you are asking for it to be stock white but furred, we could discuss it. It must be a finished mask though. A far as toony eyes go, it depends on what you view as toony. Large eyes I can do, but my artistic style is as close to realistic as I can achieve. We can discuss it further in Notes if you like.
