So, I saw that  rjbartrop was doing a 1950s pinup commission theme, and having bought a couple of his prints at art shows, I decided to get one of my own.

The big revelation came when I realized that I could even work the macro side of this into it by going with an airline advertisement idea... and, gee, Air Canada was celebrating its 75th anniversary this year, and had done a fashion show of all their previous uniform versions, so reference materials were easy to come by. (Though they were known as Trans-Canada Airlines back in the 1950s.) So, we have Jenora, dressed as a TCA stewardess of the time, carrying a tray with some other travellers (and one other stewardess, apparently) on board.

Oh, and 'En Route' is the in-flight magazine of Air Canada... I thought it made a better title than 'Go Far', which is the company slogan.
