Ah. Well, the thing to keep in mind is, he's kind of only a homunculus because that's what I want to call him. He doesn't actually have anything to do with humans or humanoid creatures. He was just grown by one.

I imagine these three would make an epic game, like they end up in a kid's bedroom and have to escape, for gameplay sake you'd need a fourth for 4player co-op but in sine player you'd either be one mainly and issue commands or take turns at all four in a sorta MDK 2 manner

That's an awesome idea! I wish I'd thought of it! Actually though, I have a good idea of who the fourth character would be. See, these three were all created by the same person, so I was imagining that he'd have made a fourth thing that used techniques from the creation of all three. Only, when I imagined it, this hypothetical creature would have been a whole species of minions for them.

That's kind of what Pippin was supposed to be. See, they're divided into three categories. Mechanical for Gretta, biological for Zeik, and alchemical for Pippin. A lot of their inspiration comes from this game called Monster Lab, and that was the rock paper scissors style weakness formula. Mechanical beat biological, which beat alchemical, which beat mechanical.

Golems are typically good and spiritual in origin, it'd serve as the button holder and couterweight while gretta is tech, zeik would operate electrical things, pippin would carry and scout

Hmm... Well, you suggested a children's room. It could be the child. Or if the enemies should be like them, maybe a brain in a jar or similar?

Because toys, pets, bugs, and a 5 year old would be the best thing to overcome for a group of toy soldier sized characters
Zeik would likely be the fighter with more actiony parts with goals of powering up something, pippin would be aerial stuff with avoiding obstacles like fans and fly paper while scoutting, gretta would have to find and make stuff on account of smart and likelh make the device to get them to the next level, while the golem would likely be more of a block pusher and path maker tasked with aligning things to help the others like a fan to loft pippin, plugging in a radio for gretta to tune into a radary thing, or dropping batteries for zeik to charge and use in place of himsrlf for powering things

Ah! Good ideas! And what would you suggest for the big bad? The main villain as it were. The final boss. Who should he be?

Hmm... I don't know... If their creator did something like that, it would be a bit more literal. As in, an actual physical piece of him got removed somehow.

Eyes and hands don't think on their own. That's why I'm a bit iffy on the villain formerly being part of their creator. Because it would have to be a piece of his brain. And I'm not sure I want to do that.

Well, I guess. The difference would be that he made them from scratch, including their nervous systems, whereas his hand would have to be modified extensively in order to act on it's own. That's why I think a piece of his brain would work better, but again, I'm a bit iffy on that.

the first chapter would be the kids house, with each level of the chapter being composed of four parts, you can pick which you do first but the rock would be best to do first to clear paths for zeik/gretta, make landings and fan lifts for pippin, and drop batteries for zeik

Well, he might be. It would be pretty cool. But I don't think he'd need to take off parts of himself to zap things at a distance.

Yeah. Also, I guess the idea of taking parts of him off to throw at enemies and stuff is pretty good.

Hmm... So like a taser? In that case, all he'd really need are the metal whips, and something sticky on the ends. But I guess he might be able to stick to things. There are a few animals with the same sort of texture as him, and some of them can climb walls and stuff.
