I am the Instructor. awhoresee is the student: This is his Journeyman task: Learning the Advanced ways of the Jackal Lab, in Gas Mask Moldmaking.
This particular lesson was a bit on the interesting side, as it was a Proof-of-Concept procedure for me, while its a complete first time for Him. We re-captured the shape of the sculpt from the dying, original 7 year-old mold, and are working on correcting small artistic "errors" that have been glaring at me ever since the original mask was made.
Once some more cosmetic adjustments are made, the mold for this will be created.

Excellent to see that ye old jackal head is making a stunning comeback. It's looking really nice and I highly approve. So does that mean that my jackal head is a classic now? And if such, does that mean that I have to bolt on some chrome trim and white walls?
Perhaps not as I think it might lose it's scary factor which I revel in when I rampage around town all dolled up and looking Egyptian-y.

For a small bit of time, many previous buyers of our JG1 are wondering the same thing. While this upcoming one will look very much alike to JG1s, there are still significant changes (mostly in the mold itself, but not really something customers would see) and improvements that were made. So yeah... Id consider your JG1 a "Classic JG1".
