I've had people ask me if I'm on Skype before, and I've had people ask me to get Skype before. But Northy's the first one to threaten me to get Skype XD
He's been on my butt for a while now to get Skype, so I figured this was appropriate :P
As for me getting Skype:
I won't promise anything, but I will say that, yes, I am considering it. My apprehension up to this point is because of two things: 1) I'm not sure my internet connection can hold a video feed, because it's not the greatest in the world. And 2) I am really shy when it comes to people I don't really know. On that, you'll have to be patient with me 'til I come around a bit lol.

See. I just started my Skype, despite that I am still learning to communicate with other people I don't know.
I never REALLY used it to talk before,and would like to give it a go... whenever I feel like it.
Plus, I have my headset mic, so this is another plus for me!
But MAINLY, I was considering doing this for whenever I stream, or something like that. Just for the sake of my communication skills.
I have Aspergers syndrome, so I'm not really good at holding a LONG conversation to just anybody, let alone my family members.
I hope you understand, and maybe we CAN chat via Skype in one of my streams, perhaps.

Well, my shyness around people I don't know kinda stems from my dislike of most people XD
I'm not really a people person, because I have a VERY low tolerance for stupid bullcrap lol. Some may even call me kind of a misanthrope. And I can't hold a long conversation simply because I'm a socially deprived idiot XD

And, I actually did not know that it wasn't video-exclusive. I had no idea you could text chat. All I've ever heard it being used for is video. This may happen after all ^^
And that may be true. When it comes to people I don't know, I can do the casual "Hi, how are you?" kinda thing, but I can't really do a conversation. However, if I know you well enough, you can't get me to shut up XD

Ha, I hesitated too, but I've eventually realised skype is superior to MSN chat, except that their mobile app is bloated (and I'm a massive mobile phone user)
