Made this as an experiment. A normal fursuit that uses fleece for the face instead of fur. This was my first time creating a head like this. It's a standard balaclava based head with a foam sculpted skull. The jaw is static and all of the seams on this head are sewn, every bit of fleece is sewn together along with the fur. The head is fully lined as well.

I enjoyed the project, I can see a few areas I will do better next time (If I do it again) But he is a very light weight, comfortable and most of all, smooth head. Fleece is very unforgiving as a material and really tests a builder's patterns and sculpts.
