It's made of Wonderflex, and I'm thinking about a cover from Worblas finest Art, to make it more stable and even.

Try it out, its cool stuff, there's so much you can do with it ö_ö And Worbla is even better, more flexible and the surface has a nice natural shape and color.

When I'm done I could prepare a pattern for download, but to make it look so natural, you have to adjust it to your face by heating the material up and bending it to fit the shape of your face.

Understandable, I once shaped a metal mask to my face by hammering it while it was on my face. I would like it if you could upload a pattern.

http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3090446/ Here's me wearing it. I have hard padding under it in front of my chin and forehead to keep it from crushing my nose, so I can be punched in the face without it really hurting me.
