Dragon Fursuit Refur project For sale

Ok so I've this guy forever and he has gone through two refurs because I just didn't like how he looked. He was going to be a personal suit, but the more I've worked on him the more I've noticed it just doesn't fit me personally. I love this thing allot but I just don't have the time I use to, too work on it. So my lose is your gain; I'm taking offers on this head. He has everything done to him, teeth added, foam attached, mesh added, hinged, eyes installed, hood made and attached. He just needs some love and TLC.
This head will need some re-foaming on the left side, a tooth has popped off on the top, there are some glue places still on it, the horns need painting ( The horns were LED but I took them out because the wiring sucked XP) a hinge did break but I will be fixing that before shipping him off. It does still move very well even with a broken hinge; it closes and opens but now can move side to side. (If someone wants I can take a video of me wearing the head so you can see how it fits and moves)
This head is not suggested for beginners due to the work it will need and will be sold AS-IS. But if someone is looking a for a refurbish project he would be prefect.
Will haggle with price because I'd like it to go to someone who could make it look totally bad ass. I just need enough to cover my costs.
