Gahh I HATE it when stores do that >:C
One year I got a great deal after yule on a Norfolk pine (indoor tropical pine tree's like you see in Chinese restaurants ect) and it had that vile stuff all over it. I thought 'no biggie I will just put it in the shower and wash it off................well it never came off, it lost all its bedazzled branches and had to grow all new ones and was the saddest spindliest tree ever..................whats worse is that I never have seen them for sale NOT sprayed wither with glitter or with green paint

yes...plants are beautiful as they are...there is no need for fancy dyes and glitter. :(
