Right to left~
the oldest of the trio is Carmen. Born Cordelia Linda Fredericks, she was disowned after divorcing an abusive husband. Her family did not approve of such an action, he had money and business ties, and he comfort of love did not matter. She changed her name and left with whatever money she had left for another country. She lived and worked in Spain, learning the trade of merchants and accounting. Years later, she is a well respected trader and business woman. Carmen enjoys horseback riding, hunting and travelling. Currently has no husband or liaison, as she is too busy to consider a love life.
In the middle, the youngest, is Carmen's half sister Clarice Fredericks, later changed to Florencia as she goes to live with her older brother in the country side with his wife. Clarice is very two faced and insecure. She fears of being disowned like her older sister, and does everything in her power to get her parent's attention and love. She wants to marry James Lewis Wolfgang (~GrimathyGunn's character lewie) , for his money and his love. She does indeed love him, and is insanely jealous of his affection. By gossip, she learned James had a lover. By some confusion, a cross dresser, and a twin, Clarice's rage caused her to attempt murder and plunge a maid down a flight of stairs, thinking it would end the relationship. When the true relationship came to light, and Clarice and James' engagement was broken, she snapped. Her family, wanting to avoid disgrace, planned to send her to 'a school in Ireland' for a time. In truth, it was a sanitarium in some part of London no one would ever hear from her again. Clarice's older half brother, Sullivan Oswalds, stepped in and she currently lives with him and his wife. Interests include dresses, flower gardens, long boat rides on the pond, and warm summer afternoons. She's a good girl, but is severely warped by her family's grooming.
Lystel Oswalds, relative to Bonafacia and Lawrence Pensworth, hailing from one of the Spanish colonies out in the Pacific. She had a hard life, and worked most of her childhood. During her teens she travelled with a relative first to China, then India, then finally to England. She worked in fields and learned trades that were more fitting for a young man. During her travel to Europe, she was sold off and lived with Bonna and Lawrie on the streets as couriers or delivery kids. When the twins turned eleven and Lystel was fourteen, they were all sold into different houses as servants. Lawrie, to Wolfgang Manor, Bonna to Lady Altrich's school for young girls(really a brothel) and Lystel to the Florencia estate in southern England. Since the lady of the house was always away for business, Lystel was taught to hold the fort at home. She did the books, looked over items to be sold, and made sure the numbers matched up. Later during Lady Florencia's return from China, she came with her brother Sullivan. He was a broker and a business man in his own front, their relationship was platonic. He saw Lystel, and writ her off as anyother maid. He made a few remarks, and she snapped back at him. Lystel didn't know as much about business as the siblings, but knew enough to keep her hands clean, or report odd dealings. During an investigation into one of the firms that was partnered with Florencia, a man with a gun broke into the house and attempted to end her life. Lystel stepped in and disarmed him, infront of guests, with a sword to his shoulder. That, sparked Sullivan's interest.
