Just in time for today's update!
This is one of those pages that really shows just how much of an artistic experiment this comic is - the borders are a little wacky, and I had to use some Photoshop magic to get some of the panels to line up properly. However it was a good experiment, and I feel like from here on-out I may use this lineless-panel technique in the rest of the comic. It feels a little more organic.
I wanted to capture that feeling we've all had - whether in real-life or just in nightmares - where we're being followed but we don't know by whom or what.
Not entirely sure about that gradient, but I wanted to convey that Rod was moving from a dark, apparently dangerous part of the forest to a lighter, safer part.
