Three in rather fancy dress examining a ring from a stone chair. Wherever this setting is, she's rather well to do or at least someone important. Mayhaps an adviser of some sort. The ring she's examining came from a suspicious person and she's examining it for clues on where they came from.
Whenever I draw her with her crosses showing people always ask about them. She actually wears them a lot, but keeps them hidden under her shirt most of the time. She makes them out of bits of metal and bone and wood and stone and whatever else she finds on her travels. If she loses one that's fine. It's a little way she has of reminding herself of her newfound religion, and crafting a cross is a little like a prayer for her. And since in many worlds a cross is just a random meaningless symbol nobody really thinks much of it.

The most she's had to cope with is finding herself a leader of a tribe or village. People don't usually go for large scale leaders who don't have any traceable background, and Three doesn't aggressively take leadership either. She likes to help from the sidelines, playing anonymous benefactor or protective 'spirit'. So more often than not the only time she ever is actually in charge of anyone is when people deliberately band themselves up to her.
Out of curiosity, what's the average time Three stays in a realm? The history is full of examples of people that tried to "stay on the sidelines" only to find themselves right in the centre. Additionally, the willingness of people to trust unknown newcomers heavily depends on the tech level and culture...
