But to answer your question:
Single means 1 keychain, in which you may buy 1 or more keychains that are their own keychain. Example: http://www.furaffinity.net/full/8371364/
Linked means 2 or more keychains that when put together are all connected. So far I have only done a linking chain of 2, but I could do more. Example: http://www.furaffinity.net/full/8371463/
Sparkle means that I add glitter to the keychain(s). In the new price guide journal I linked it explains that the glitter is a +$2 for each keychain you want glitterfied. Unfortunately I did not take pictures of the sparkle keychains I have made.
