This has to be my favorite character so far in the Hex Nitro project. It's a girl.
They call her Sewer Rat or just Sewer, because she lives underground in the sewers collecting things. If you ever need anything 9 times out of 10 Sewer has it.
Everything about Sewer is unknown. But she's been in Queensburg for quite a while and knows the place like the back of her hand. She is usually found digging in garbage cans.
Hex and Bundy goes to her for information on people and all she asks for in return is a candy bar or candy bars depending on how much you want to know. She really likes candy.
I just noticed it looks like Pac. I might redesign her idk I really like this design :D
