Just an idea I had, I know the idea has been played out since Freddy Krueger and what not, but this is tamer on aspects. Nightmare Moon somehow manifests in the ponies dreams and does stuff to them. Fluttershy obviously is having a nightmare based around being unable to say stop or no and thus she is taking in Nightmare Moon in her dust/smoky mist. If she pops in her dream, she won't be hurt physically, but surely it would snap her awake that is for sure XD Anyway enjoy.
