I've been asked several times both here and elsewhere how I do my fursuit heads. Some people prefer foam, some plastic canvas, others like wire, fiberglass, etc. I build mine out of wire, zipe ties, plastic canvas, felt, foam, and fur. It's all inexpensive and fun.
