okay..... I finally found the person where I originally got the brush from
it's DragonElder from DA

Wow this looks amazing. Definitely very helpful but I don't really use Paint tool sai for coloring. Gah, this just makes me want to try coloring in Sai but I'm so used to doing it in Photoshop. D: Haha but anyway, thanks for sharing! If I ever do decide to color in Sai, I'll definitely consider using this. ^^

I think Ps is only useful for effects and contrast corrections XD
all my art is made with Paint tool SAI
so.. basically each of my artworks is 85% SAI and 15% Photoshop
any ways, if you do try this out then I'd like to see results :'D

well, not in newest Photoshop releases you can rotate image too
but I'll stick with Ps CS3 for now ._.

it's too annoying

the usual recommendation is to re-install it
well I know for sure that, when I had even an older computer, my pen pressure disappeared if I opened Ps with SAI together...

your case might be different I am not a specialist in these things :c
though maybe someone else has the same problem as you do~
