Possibly? I think they made the 'darker' version the new default, where before it was given as an individual choice in way of how the site looked to each user. I'm not sure though, they're always tinkering and changing things sometimes obviously and other times all sneaky and subtle>>.
Ya all I did was go to My FA>Account Management>Account Settings and then scroll down and where it says Stylesheet (right underneath Template Default) you should be able to change the Stylesheet from Default to Dark and vice versa and it goes either light blue or back to the regular dark grey o.o
