I'm quite surprised by the comment because I don't find it creepy BUT... it originally had to be disquieting at least.
A thunderstorm beyond that window, a misterious presence near curtains...a different, darker colouring, maybe.
It looks like I have not lost the spirit of the img, then ^_*
