The Soldat Meltfire, first appearing in Ridge Racer 6 to memory, it's also been in a number of RR games since. This being from Ridge Racer 7, and if I'm not mistaken, this is a 'complete' version, IE an official model I suppose.

Although given my play time as of late, I've been spending more time drawing this car than trying to master it...oh well, I'm at least getting somewhere.

In-game text describe this car as a model designed after Soldat took over Rivelta (from Ridge Racer V), and it does carry some styling cues from the Mecurio from that game.
