This is seriously beautiful lady. I am not sure if its the overall glowy-ness or the shock factor of her missing arms and their bubble frames. I think the whole thing is just really well done.

How did I miss this?? I absolutely love the background, it's so simple yet very effective at catching the eye. The blue lighting on the character brings everything together for me and the detail in the water(?) is really stunning. Not to mention the character is very unique, I love the face. > u< Seriously, well done! I can't stop looking at this!!
