Sometimes Exilo calls me a jinx. Considering the status of most pics I commission, I’m beginning to think he’s right. Getting this pic done had quite a few hiccups. At first, everything was going smoothly, and having dealt with bad artists in the past, it was nice to have an artist who was polite and on time. Unfortunately, soon enough, personal issues kept coming in the way of the deadlines the artist put down. She kept offering to compensate me, but really all I wanted was the pic done, what I had paid for. It ended up, after she had finished the line work, she wouldn’t be able to do the coloration. Fortunately, someone else was able to. And the pic was finally done.

And I love it.

I was talking to someone about little harnesses for micros, to keep them from getting lost or falling bad heights. I thought that collars might be dangerous. The micro might end up strangling or the macro could abuse them by choking them out. I didn’t want to put poor Exilo through that, so I thought that a harness might be good. I was very particular about this. The ring that I’m wearing on my middle finger is connected to a rope, the rope is connected to the micro’s harness. So I’ve always got a good grip on him and it can’t just slip through my fingers if I accidentally swallow him. The harness goes around the micro’s neck, chest, legs, and arms, so it’s secure without them being in danger of strangling.

Took a long time to get this pic done, but I’m very happy to finally have it gracing my gallery. I hope everyone enjoys.
