Mister Sneer's sneer is one of the best of all cartoon history. Plus his character has depth beyond blind evilness.. one of the many reasons for The Raccoons being a great show.

I loved the show growing up, I even had The Raccoons Movie which was The Raccoons and The Lost Star.

Cyril Sneer always seemed like a bad dude, but he's really a softy when, especially when it comes to his son Sedrick.

Aha! Someone else who remembers this show. It really was an awesome cartoon, and it rocked my socks big time. Which reminds me, I keep meaning to buy the boxsets for this =p. Great pic of Cyril Sneer by the way. ^^
