I am and taking careful consideration about this.

The situation is much the same for people who draw commissions of people with famous characters we see in the fandom like MLP, Pokemon, Digimon, Starfox, ect, since they too are copyright, yet people at anime, furry, and comic conventions still draw and sell arts of fan related material.

well for safetys sake please try not to sell them cause you never know when someone will snitch or be undercover and bust you

Doma should be okay with this, as it doesn't use the official Farnsworth font, and the entire interface has been re-created from the ground up, and not just a copy-paste from all the existing official ones. This would fall under parody law. While I'd personally re-name it something to "Farnswurth" or "Barnsworth" or something similar, the badges are pretty obviously a parody.

I definitely see where you're coming from Silver. It's often a grey area when it come to fanart and sampling from an existing brand. It happens all the time. If you got a lawyer to look at every furry artists' account I'm sure they'd find some sort of discrepancy.
