Relationships::
• Cian; Balthazar has known Cian for along time, and even if he doesn't act like it, he cares about him quite a lot. Unlike with others, Balthazar is a huge push-over when it comes to Cian and would pretty much let him do whatever to Balthy, even if he grumbles and grouches about it. You could say that Balthazar views Cian as his only friend, and everyone else as acquaintances/not worth his time.
• Ferrol; can't stand this little numbskull but generally has too. On occasion feels a soft spot for Ferrol.
