A few months ago I posted a photo of an experiment I was doing to sprout vegetable seeds in a clear plastic container left over from the grocery store.

I took the seedlings from that container and transplanted them in a mixing tub I had on hand from the hardware store (Home Depot). The seeds were saved from veg we had gotten a year or two prior and had not been marked as to what they were.

One plant has given us this. Seems to be a type of squash.
Can anyone help identify it?
