Yep..the OLD Kyra before her reincarnation. She was an ordinary fox interested in science till she was captured for something called Project: Kitsune. The experiment done on her liquified her entire body. The only way she is able to return to her normal form is if she concentrates. She constructed bracelets that would allow her to remain in said form without such attention. As always, she is Kai's best friend. In the (unfinished) Return to ARK fanfic, Kyra's knowledge of science was meant to offset Tails' knowledge of mechanics, those she isn't as smart as him when comparing IQs
